Feastery: A members-only gourmet concierge

What is Feastery?

Feastery is an exclusive, members-only website that offers unique experiences and preferred pricing at great restaurants. Feasters are the highest quality customers around and our restaurant partners are top notch.

What sorts of restaurants do you work with?

We think quality is achievable at any price point, so we're not just focused on high-end restaurants (although we partner with them too). We apply a strict quality screen to all Feastery Approved partners.

I know a restaurant that would be perfect. What do I do?

Tell the business owner or general manager about Feastery and why you love it. Don't forget to mention Feasters are the highest quality customers around. They can receive more info at FeasteryPartners.com or by emailing us at partners@feastery.com. Oh, and when they contact us make sure they tell us you referred them to us. We're still working on our partner referral program, but suffice it to say you will receive a handsome bounty.

What's your return/refund policy?

We do not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final. Please let us know if you have trouble using a certificate or ticket: support@feastery.com

What happens if I forget my sign-in information?

Don't worry, we can help. Just select the Forgot Password link (under the member sign-in box) and follow the instructions. If that doesn't work you can email us at support@feastery.com.

How do I contact the Feastery customer care team?

Email us at support@feastery.com and we'll help you as quickly as we can.

Why do you only feature a couple of offers per week?

As you can probably tell, we're focused on quality; quality members and quality restaurants. We want you to seriously consider buying everything we feature and we don't want to overload you with places we wouldn't visit ourselves.

Why do you focus on restaurants and gourmet food & drink purveyors?

We think food, drink and eating well are important enough that they deserve their own site.

Where is Feastery based?

We're in San Francisco, but we're a bit camera shy.
